Dr. Ceran Arslan received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), in Ankara, Turkey, in 2007 and 2012 respectively. She received the Ph.D. degree on the age of information in wireless networks from Imperial College London, UK, in 2019. She participated in the E-CROPS project under the supervision of Prof. Erol Gelenbe. Dr. Ceran Arslan is currently a post-doctoral researcher in METU Research Group on Communication Networks. Her research interests include age of information, online learning, reinforcement learning, energy harvesting, wireless communications, energy packet networks, and modeling and performance evaluation of computer systems and networks.
